Returns
Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
After 7 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Important Restrictions
Assembled or used items cannot be returned.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as delivered
- In the original packaging
WhatsApp Only
Return requests can only be made through WhatsApp. Please contact our support team on WhatsApp with your order details before sending back any product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Heavy duty items
Large e-scooters or e-bikes once assembled
Quads and fuel-powered buggies
If applicable
Used or damaged items
Any item that has been used, scratched, or damaged after delivery
Unsealed safety gear
Helmets, gloves, and accessories that have been unsealed
Refunds
Inspection Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Important Notice
- • Only regular priced items can be refunded
- • Sale, clearance, or promotional items cannot be refunded
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if the item you received is defective or damaged (after being inspected by our technical team).

Shipping of Returns
Return Address
Products must be sent back to our designated warehouse (address will be shared via WhatsApp when your return is approved).
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
